  If the program is a good fit and space is available, we’ll discuss schedulin,g and if it is not suitable, we will help explore other meal options or services

  
  

• Chef Meals at Home serves adults 60 and older
  Participation depends on safe access to the home, a suitable kitchen
  and food storage, and program availability

  
  

• Registration does not guarantee enrollment
  We will explain the next steps after the home visit
