With 5 years of advanced design study and hands-on digital experience, Malan brings creative direction, web knowledge, and an understanding of how older adults interact online. These skills help SID present its work professionally and connect with seniors, families, caregivers, donors, and community supporters.

Our rebrand gives SID a clearer and more recognizable identity. Through thoughtful visuals, consistent messaging, and a stronger website presence, Malan helps people understand who we are, what we do, and why our approach to senior distress matters.
Strengthening SID Brand
A website must do more than provide information. Malan develops clear page layouts, direct messaging, and simple next steps to help seniors and families move from learning about SID to booking a Quality of Life Check, requesting help, speaking with an Advocate, or becoming a member.
Expanding Our Social Presence
SID began with a local commitment, but the need reaches far beyond one county.
Malan positions Seniors In Distress for wider recognition by creating a digital
identity that can connect with communities, partners, and supporters across
the country. The long-term goal: make SID a household name in senior advocacy.
