If you prefer speaking directly with an advocate, we are here to assist you. Whether during office hours or after, you can reach us for guidance, support, and resources.

  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 10 PM
  • Speak directly with a caring advocate who can answer questions, provide guidance, and assist you immediately

After Hours

  1. If you need help outside of office hours, you can still call us for guidance and support
  2. Important: This is not a medical emergency line. If a senior or anyone requires immediate medical attention, or if there is a safety concern, please call 9-1-1
  3. After the emergency is addressed, we are here to help with follow-up resources, next steps, and ongoing support
